Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

For imported coal, we typically work in parcel shipments of 10,000–20,000 MT per consignment. For local coal, smaller volumes can be accommodated. Contact us with your monthly requirement.

What are your payment terms?

For imported coal, we work on LC at Sight (UCP 600). For local coal supply, flexible terms are available based on volume and relationship. Reach out to discuss what suits your operation.

Can you guarantee the GCV I specify?

Yes. All imported consignments come with a third-party inspection certificate from SGS or Intertek, issued at load port. Specifications are guaranteed within agreed tolerances in the sales contract.

What is the delivery lead time for imported coal?

From order confirmation to Port Qasim: typically 30–45 days for South African coal, 20–35 days for Indonesian coal. We give you a precise timeline at the point of order.

Which port do imported shipments arrive at?

All imported coal arrives at Port Qasim, Karachi (PIBT or FOTCO terminal). We handle port-side coordination. Onward delivery to your facility can also be arranged.

Can you supply mixed origins in one month?

Yes. We can coordinate supply from multiple origins depending on availability and pricing. If you need South African for main kilns and local coal for auxiliary use, we handle both.
